Norseld, an Australian leader in advanced photonics technology, specializes in the design and manufacture of unique medical lasers and sophisticated optical solutions. Recognizing the need for a modern and user-friendly online presence, Norseld entrusted WeLoveIt Studio with the task of developing a fully responsive and contemporary website. Our mission was to create a platform that reflects Norseld's cutting-edge innovation and streamlines user navigation across their three core divisions: Norseld Corporate, Norseld Medical Laser, and Optics.
WeLoveIt Studio faced the challenge of transforming Norseld’s extensive technological expertise and diverse offerings into a cohesive, intuitive online experience. The goal was to design a website that not only showcased their pioneering work in photonics technology but also provided clear, user-friendly navigation across their three core divisions. Ensuring that each section had its own set of menus and highlighted the operations and achievements within its department was crucial for a seamless user experience.
The website design utilized a 12-column, 4-pointer grid system, with Poppins and Noto Sans Lao as the chosen fonts for a clean and modern look. Norseld's corporate colors were complemented with a carefully selected palette to enhance visual coherence. The design focused on clarity and elegance, ensuring that the sophisticated nature of Norseld's technology was effectively communicated.
The website was built to be fully responsive, providing an optimal viewing experience across various devices. The design ensured that users could easily navigate and access information whether they were on a desktop, tablet, or mobile device. The project utilized Figma for design and prototyping, Photoshop for photo editing, and Asana for project management. The website was developed on the WordPress platform, with PHP used to create a custom backend for physician access and training program registration.
